Our standard fee includes limitless vehicle searches (we’ll keep searching until we find one that you like), attending auctions, purchasing the car on your behalf, using our auction accounts to make payment, registering your ownership with the DVLA, processing a warranty if you'd like one and, depending on the service you have requested, arranging for the car to be delivered either to our offices for further preparation or directly to your home.
Furthermore, if you have asked us to prepare the car we also include a free 20-mile road test within our standard service.

To simplify the process, we have all work completed for you at the trade rates that we pay ourselves and charge a flat administrative fee to deal with everything.
For a single logistics fee we will deal with: partner garage mechanical inspections, mechanical work, servicing, MOTs, new tyres and windscreen replacements or repairs. We arrange all of these services, parts and labour at trade rates, and do all of the running around for you.
We believe in complete transparency and you get copies of all invoices and receipts. All labour will be at trade rates (typically well below the public hourly rate), and we get parts at a fraction of the prices you’d be charged if you bought them yourself.
